🔸Before we know what food cravings are a sign of, let's look at why these food cravings actually occurs.

🔹It's natural to feel like eating pizza early in the morning or eating ice cream at midnight. Such cravings are for everyone. Food cravings are high for everyone in the current situation. We are all looking forward to when we can get out of this pandemic and live comfortably again.

2️⃣ Having vitamin deficiency:  The reason for consuming so many types of foods is to provide all kinds of nutrients to our body. Only then will the body be able to enjoy its work properly. If your body does not get the nutrients your body needs such as vitamins, proteins, fiber, fat, magnesium, and calcium, the body will see how they receive them. Hence the cravings. Food crevices are not a problem when we provide the right nutrients to our body in the right proportions.

3️⃣ Unhappy Stomach: The stomach produces a chemical called serotonin. This is called a feel-good chemical. A healthy diet produces good bacteria. It produces serotonin. 2️⃣ Salt:  Suppose you like chips and salt biscuits. Boredom may also seem like this, but in general, it is associated with boredom, fatigue, dehydration, and decreased electrolyte levels. So, if you want to eat salt based foods, drink fresh water immediately. Then take nuts and seeds. Don't forget to include them in your regular diet.

3️⃣ Oily Foods:  There is nothing wrong with wanting to eat oily food. This is what happens when the fatty acids in the body are reduced. So if you like to eat oily food, take an avocado, peanut butter, sesame laddu, and salmon. Avoiding fast food can not only reduce cravings but also reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.

4️⃣ Junk food:  Ever wanted something a bit different for your pasta, garlic bread, or noodles? This craving means that the fiber in the body is reduced. Fiber is needed to control blood sugar. Craving for carbohydrates or junk food is a sign of hypoglycemia, insulin resistance, chromium deficiency, and fatigue. To control these cravings, you should consume fruits and vegetables that are high in magnesium. Bananas, apples, spinach, and broccoli are rich in magnesium.

5️⃣ Sour Foods:  If you want to eat raw mango, pickles, tamarind, and amaranth, it means that there is an imbalance in the stomach. Acidity, poor digestion, high-fat diets, high stress ... all these are causes. To reduce this craving you can squeeze lemon juice in lukewarm water and drink it.
